     Julia “Judy” Westenhouser Warga, 52, Reynoldsburg, formerly of Lancaster, died Tuesday, Dec 27, 1994, at her residence.
     She attended the Church of the Redeemer United Methodist Church, Columbus.  She was a former activities assistant at Eastland Care Center, Columbus, and activities assistant at Rosegate Nursing Home, Upper Arlington.  She also was a volunteer at the Lighthouse Shelter.
     She is survived by her husband, Chuck Warga; two daughters and sons-in-law, Diana (Terrie) Whitaker-Turner of Westerville and Debbie (Ben) Whitaker-Halla of Lancaster; one grandson, Brenton Turner; stepdaughter and husband Christina and Rick Bailey of Grove City; stepson and wife, Douglas and Linda Warga of Harrisburg; five stepgrandchildren; mother, Kathryn Westenhouser of Lancaster; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Joan and Richard Kilbarger of Carroll and Janis and Donald Cordle of Lancaster; brother, Kenneth Westenhouser of Lancaster; brothers-in-law, Bob (Mary) Warga of Sugar Grove and Guy Wood of Canal Winchester, aunts, Peggy and the Rev. Jack Combs of Reynoldsburg and Jenny Poling of Lancaster; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Sharon and Gary Short of Lancaster, Karen Burke of Gahanna and Bonnie Cook of Columbus.
     She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Westenhouser.
     Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home chapel with the Revs. Jack Combs and Alan Sippel officiating.  Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.  Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and until time of service Friday at the funeral home.
     Memorials may be given to Lighthouse Shelter for Victims of Domestic Violence where she served as a volunteer.
