Shirley K. (Beatty) Harvey Shirley K. Harvey - LANCASTER: Shirley K. Harvey, born June 22, 1942, passed away Friday, December 4, 2009 to be with her heavenly Father. She went peacefully at home surrounded by her family and loved ones. Shirley was a loving, caring and thoughtful person who brought cheer, joy and happiness to everyone throughout her life. She enjoyed playing cards, camping, arts and crafts, ceramics and crochet, creating wonderful gifts that she shared with friends and family. Shirley especially loved spending time with her family watching over them and guiding them through her faith and belief in God. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Terry L. "Blue" Harvey; sons, Terry (Brandy) Harvey, Jr. and Shawn Harvey; daughters, Carla Harvey and Sherry Brunney all of Lancaster; grandchildren, Brandt Smith, Payton Harvey, Terry Lee Harvey III and Jenna Renee Stebelton; father, Richard Beatty of Lancaster; brothers, Brian Beatty and Kevin (Lisa) Beatty; sister, Marlene (Keith) Julian all of Lancaster; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marvine Beatty. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME in Amanda with Pastor Jesse Blevins officiating.
